The American River Parkway Foundation helps care for 23 miles of paved and granite running surface. Some of my favorite spots to run from are Ashton Park, William Pond Park and Sunrise Recreation Area.

Since 2011, I have relied on the expert care at Elite Spinal & Sports. I trust Dr. Lau, Mitchell Custer, CMT and Brandon Meline, CMT for all forms of body care.

My home for all strength & conditioning training is Ultimate Fitness. Retired MMA fighter Urijah Faber is  a UC Davis Aggie like me, and his state of the art gym also serves as a home for Team Alpha Male fighters.

West Sac is where I call home, and whether it's daily trips to Nugget Market, easy miles on the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail or pizza at La Crosta Pizza Bar, I love keeping it local.

Folsom Lake College offers one of the best training surfaces in the area for distance runners. The college's welcoming policy for public use make this an ideal site for track workouts.
