The Blueprint

On race day what you see is the culmination of days, weeks, and months of preparation. What goes into a performance is hours of training as well as many other elements of physiologic and psychologic work to have me ready to compete at the highest level. In this section of my website I aim to give you an inside look at those elements. Each week I’ll post a snap shot of the “behind the scenes” work I am doing. It could be a workout, a week of training, or the highlights of important meetings and events. One week at a time you will see the components that add up to form the blueprint for success on race day. I encourage you to ask questions along the way and if there is a particular topic you would like to hear about please comment below.
